Edward Elgar's "Enigma Variations" is a sort of musical version of Instagram. But instead of taking pictures, Elgar composed musical portraits of his friends and acquaintances. On Tuesday's Performance Today, we'll hear Elgar's collection of personalized musical vignettes from a concert in Toronto.
