The music flows and changes like the clouds on a spring afternoon. Telemann was the most popular composer of the early 18th century and the Bach Society of Minnesota from an April 21 concert demonstrate why that is with the Quartet for Flute, Oboe, and Violin (and continuo). The instrumental lines were like friendly conversation and the performance was a delight. The performers are: Paul Boehnke; harpsichord, Julie Elhard; gamba, Jin Kim; violin, Debra Nagy; oboe, and Immanuel Davis; flute.
