Warren Mack is a fifth-generation lawyer. He's also a pilot, a writer and the newly named chair of the Minnesota Orchestra Board. He and his wife, Linda, have been season-ticket holders for decades. Warren is also a crypto-cellist: he plays only when no one is around.
While most guests on Music with Minnesotans share their favorite recordings, Warren brought his favorite cellist with him. Tony Ross, principal cello with the Minnesota Orchestra, plays Bach and Cassado on this week's Music with Minnesotans.
Bach: "Prelude" from Suite for Solo Cello No. 1
Bach: "Sarabande" from Suite for Solo Cello No. 4
Cassado: "Fantasia" from Suite for Solo Cello
