Why did you choose this piece?
I am primarily a violist. I have played lots of string repertoire, but this certain piece has always been a highlight and something I've always wanted to play. But, finding people to play with has always been the challenge. So, I decided to play this piece after hearing it at a local recital at the Sacred Heart Music Center in Duluth.
