Award-winning conductor Dr. Leslie B. Dunner is the Music Director of the South Shore Opera Company in Chicago, IL. Additionally, Dunner serves the South Shore Opera Company as a board member. This inner city organization aligns with his personal values by highlighting the work of underrepresented and disenfranchised artists. Dunner has also made meaningful contributions through humanitarian efforts that have included volunteering at a lion rehabilitation center in Zimbabwe and drafting plans for a culturally diverse music programs in South Africa.
