Minnesota pianist Kenny Broberg advances to final round of Tchaikovsky Competition
The 16th International Tchaikovsky Competition takes place June 17-29 in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Celebrating its 60th anniversary, the competition has served as a launching pad for many great instrumentalists and vocalists. 231 contestants have been selected to compete in the categories of piano, violin, cello, voice, woodwind and brass.
