Saturday Cinema is celebrating the 40th anniversary of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial by giving away five copies of the new edition of the 1982 film, courtesy of Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. This latest home-video release, which comes out Oct. 18, presents the film in 4K, Blu-ray and digital formats and includes newly produced bonus features, plus an interview with composer John Williams about his iconic music.
Be sure to listen to Saturday Cinema on Oct. 22, when host Lynne Warfel will play music from E.T. along with other great sci-fi and fantasy films.
