With much of the world sheltering in place these days, classical artists everywhere are sharing their work through videos of at-home performances. Classical fans are posting all kinds of content, too. Here are some of our favorites.

In celebration of the 40th anniversary of Kinder Konzerts, Friends of the Minnesota Orchestra commissioned a new piece from St. Paul-based composer Dan Nass. The work will accompany a reading of Mary Casanova's 'One-Dog Canoe' on Sept. 28 at Orchestra Hall in downtown Minneapolis.

Tokyo-based musician Momokusu Iwata fuses traditional shamisen repertoire with the sounds and sensibilities of jazz, pop and rock. He will perform Sunday, including two new works by a Twin Cities composer, at Hamline University.
