Every weekday morning at 10 a.m., the hosts at Classical MPR play a stand-out work based on the theme for the week. We call them Morning Glories.
This week our Morning Glories are devoted to the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, as we look forward to a live broadcast on Saturday, June 8th (at 8 p.m. with John Birge hosting), closing the 2012-2013 season.
These performances are all recorded live by Minnesota Public Radio engineers, and you won't hear them anywhere other than Classical MPR.
Astute listeners will also notice two or three additional SPCO recordings each day from the breadth of our archive.
