The South Dakota Chorale is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a tour of the region. At 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 12, at the Chapel of Saint Thomas Aquinas on the campus of University of Saint Thomas in St. Paul, Brian Schmidt leads his expert ensemble in a program titled: Sacred Songs of Life and Love.
In this week's Regional Spotlight you'll hear what gorgeous music this group makes. Maurice Durufle's "Ubi Caritas", Eriks Esenvalds's "O Salutaris Hostia" and William Dawson's immortal arrangement of the spiritual "Soon ah Will Be Done" are featured from a recent South Dakota Chorale performance.
