They're singers we have come to love as part of our family; a group of nine men who sing so beautifully and blend so elegantly. But they are also a group of really nice guys, and I should know, as Cantus were our artists-in-residence three years ago and we got to know each other very well!
On Friday, May 30, I invited three singers to join me on the air, because these three have decided the time is right to move on and explore new areas of their careers. We are all sad to see them go, but so happy for the times we've shared. The three are tenors Gary Ruschman and David Walton, and baritone Adam Reinwald; the men share a collective 30 years' experience with the vocal ensemble.
