Love to sing? Classical MPR seeks voices of all abilities for Bring the Sing, a community event that is equal parts sing-along and community gathering.
You'll work with conductor Tesfa Wondemagegnehu, sing with choral enthusiasts from your community, and hear your voice broadcast on our Choral Stream.
Registration is now open for Bring the Sing's Duluth event, scheduled for the morning of Saturday, April 30, at Mitchell Auditorium at the College of St. Scholastica. (Looking for the Bring the Sing in St. Paul event? Visit this page to register for St. Paul.)
Information about where to pick up the sheet music and a link to practice tracks will be provided via email once you register.
Duluth musician Gaelynn Lea, who has garnered praise for her recent solo album debut, All the Roads that Lead Us Home, will also take part in the Bring the Sing event. Lea will perform the haunting ballad that won her the recent NPR Tiny Desk Contest, and the Bring the Sing choir will sing along with her.
If you'd like to participate in the Bring the Sing event in Duluth, please complete the form below.
Registration for the Duluth event is now closed.
