Tune-in at 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 16th for a special treat. Sixteen men and three dozen boys are the Saint Thomas Choir from Saint Thomas Church in New York City, led by John Scot.

The Ancia Saxophone Quartet had a chance to shine in a concert performance of the Philip Glass Concerto for Saxophone Quartet and Orchestra.

The quality of student performers in the region is amazing! The 3rd place winner of the 32nd annual Young Artist Solo Competition, saxophonist and high school student Maneesh Apte plays the Alexander Glazunov Saxophone Concerto.

Haydn's Concerto in D is the perfect vehicle for Dmitry Kouzov's virtuosity and sensitivity to the work's melodic playfulness. His performance from 2011 with the Minnesota Sinfonia led by Jay Fishman is in this week's Regional Spotlight.

Alfred Noyes' poem about a bandit falling in love with an innkeeper's daughter, The Highwayman, was set for orchestra and chorus by Sister Martina Hughes. Last October, Shelly Gruskin led a performance of this full and romantic sounding piece.

One Voice Mixed Chorus celebrates its 25th anniversary with performances this weekend. Steve Staruch spoke with Artistic Director, Jane Ramseyer Miller who brought in several performances for this week's Regional Spotlight.

Violist Kate Hamilton from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota has a busy recital schedule this January. She has several performances scheduled in Italy. Her brilliant musicianship is on display in this week's Regional Spotlight.
