Pianist Isata Kanneh-Mason recently appeared in the critically acclaimed film The Other Mendelssohn. The film explores the life of Fanny Mendelssohn and reveals the fascinating story behind her Easter Sonata. Kanneh-Mason features her interpretation of the piece on her new recording, Mendelssohn, along with other works by the two creative siblings, Fanny and Felix.
